You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

 

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns on used, opened, or personal care items due to hygiene reasons.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
  • Personalized/custom items

 

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.

 

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at itsbeautifyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Pack and return your item using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we inspect and approve the return.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to reflect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
